Host Restaurants | Delray Beach
New York-based restaurant group Host Restaurants inked another lease in Delray Beach. The company is taking 1,300 square feet at 189 Northeast Second Avenue, plus a roughly 1,000-square-foot patio, according to Felix Bendersky of F+B Hospitality Leasing.
The space was previously leased to Banyan Restaurant & Bar. Jason Sims of F+B represented Host Restaurants, and Christian Prakas of Prakas & Co. represented the landlord.
The five-year lease reassignment deal included a liquor license.
Host Restaurants recently opened Avalon Steak & Seafood in Downtown Delray Beach.
