This is the former site of Bally’s Scandinavian Health Spa and NIPPERS LATE NIGHT BAR & GRILLE in MIDTOWN BOCA RATON.

We are pre-leasing our 6,700 SF ground-floor restaurant space to a qualified restaurant group that has the ability to serve lunch & dinner service. A large wrap-around patio will be a key highlight of this restaurant space as well for outdoor dining.

Our landlords will be delivering this restaurant space as a vanilla shell with a grease trap in place, utilities stubbed and HVAC dropped to the roof. All TI and Rent Abatement questions can be discussed further and depend on each group individually.
