Athan Prakas II was born and raised in Delray Beach. Athan became a sales associate for Prakas & Co. in 2019 after graduating Boca Raton Community High School. Athan prides himself on doing anything necessary to help our brokerage excel, whether it’s in the office or out in the field.

Athan is currently apprenticing under his father and broker, A. Tom Prakas, to learn the in and outs of the entire company. “I was fortunate enough to grow up under my father in hospitality real estate.
